Message	wiring harness... not necessarily your ECU. It's easy to miss attaching grounds here and there when everything is going back in. I would investigate further before replacing the computer. Daily driving a TT is like ordering your favorite pizza for breakfast lunch and dinner. It's not healthy and eventually you will lose the magic of the meal.
